Terms of Service

Last updated: August 28, 2026 · Effective for all accounts created on or after this date, and for continued use by existing accounts.

These Terms of Service ("Terms") are a legal agreement between you and [LEGAL ENTITY NAME] ("YOGOR," "we," "us," or "our") governing your access to and use of yogor.app and the YOGOR service (the "Service"). By creating an account, checking the agreement box at signup, or otherwise using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

1. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and able to form a binding contract to use the Service. The Service is intended for licensed or otherwise verifiable business professionals — contractors, tradespeople, attorneys, real estate agents, and similar — using it in connection with their trade or profession, not as a consumer. You represent that all information you provide during registration, including your business name, contact details, and license information, is accurate and that you will keep it current.

2. Account Registration and Security

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. Notify us immediately at [LEGAL CONTACT EMAIL] if you suspect unauthorized use of your account. We reserve the right to require additional verification of your identity, license, or business standing at any time, and to suspend an account pending that verification.

3. What the Service Does

YOGOR lets verified professionals search for, and submit reports about, individuals or businesses they have transacted with in a professional capacity ("Reports"). Reports are visible to other verified members of the Service. YOGOR is a venue for members to share their own firsthand experiences. YOGOR does not investigate, fact-check, or independently verify the content of any Report before or after it is posted, except through the dispute process described in Section 6.

4. Your Reporting Certification

Every time you submit a Report, you certify, under penalty of account termination and potential legal liability, that:

• The Report describes your own firsthand, direct experience — not something you heard secondhand, assumed, or read elsewhere.
• Every factual statement in the Report is true and accurate to the best of your knowledge.
• You are not filing the Report out of malice, personal animus unrelated to the professional transaction, or in retaliation for a protected activity (such as the subject exercising a legal right, filing a complaint against you, or leaving you an honest negative review).
• The Report is not motivated in whole or in part by the subject's race, color, religion, sex, national origin, disability, age, sexual orientation, gender identity, or any other legally protected characteristic.
• You have a good-faith basis for every claim, and you understand that knowingly false statements about an identifiable person may constitute defamation and can expose you — personally — to civil liability, independent of any liability to YOGOR.

YOGOR relies entirely on this certification. We do not independently verify Report content, and we are not in a position to know whether any given Report is true. Responsibility for the accuracy of a Report rests with the member who submitted it.

5. Prohibited Conduct

In addition to the reporting certification above, you agree not to:

• Post a Report you know to be false, exaggerated, or materially misleading.
• Post personal, medical, financial, or other sensitive information about a Report subject beyond what's necessary to describe the professional transaction.
• Use the Service to harass, threaten, or intimidate any person.
• Impersonate any person or entity, or misrepresent your affiliation with a business or license.
• Attempt to access another member's account, scrape or bulk-export Service data, or interfere with the Service's normal operation.
• Use information obtained from the Service for any purpose prohibited by the Fair Credit Reporting Act or a similar law, including making employment, credit, insurance, tenancy, or similar eligibility decisions about a consumer where such use would require compliance with that law. The Service is not a consumer reporting agency and Reports are not "consumer reports."
• Use the Service for any unlawful purpose.

6. Disputes and Corrections

A person named in a Report may dispute it through the in-Service dispute process, or by contacting us directly at [LEGAL CONTACT EMAIL] if they are not a member. We may, at our discretion, label a Report as disputed, request supporting information from the reporting member, or remove a Report that we determine violates these Terms. We are not obligated to adjudicate factual disputes between members and non-members, and reserve the right to remove any content for any reason.

7. Intellectual Property

The Service, including its design, software, and branding, is owned by YOGOR and protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You retain ownership of the content you submit, but grant YOGOR a worldwide, royalty-free license to host, display, and distribute that content to other members as necessary to operate the Service.

8. Third-Party Services

The Service uses third-party providers to operate — for example, license-verification lookups, transactional email delivery, and cloud hosting and database infrastructure. Your use of the Service is also subject to those providers' applicable terms where you interact with them directly.

9. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account at any time, with or without notice, for violation of these Terms or for any other reason at our discretion. You may stop using the Service and request account deletion at any time by contacting [LEGAL CONTACT EMAIL].

10. Disclaimer of Warranties

THE SERVICE AND ALL CONTENT ON IT, INCLUDING REPORTS SUBMITTED BY OTHER MEMBERS, ARE PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE," WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING WARRANTIES OF ACCURACY, MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, OR NON-INFRINGEMENT. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT ANY REPORT IS TRUE, COMPLETE, OR CURRENT.

11. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, YOGOR AND ITS OWNERS, EMPLOYEES, AND CONTRACTORS WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS OR REVENUE, ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE OR ANY CONTENT POSTED BY ANOTHER MEMBER, INCLUDING DEFAMATORY OR INACCURATE REPORTS. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY FOR ANY CLAIM ARISING OUT OF THESE TERMS OR THE SERVICE WILL NOT EXCEED THE GREATER OF (A) THE AMOUNT YOU PAID US IN THE TWELVE MONTHS BEFORE THE CLAIM, OR (B) ONE HUNDRED DOLLARS.

12. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless YOGOR and its owners, employees, and contractors from any claim, damage, loss, or expense (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising out of: (a) any Report or other content you submit, including any claim that it is defamatory, false, or violates a third party's rights; (b) your violation of these Terms; or (c) your violation of any law or the rights of any third party.

13. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of [GOVERNING STATE], without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Any dispute arising out of these Terms or the Service will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the state and federal courts located in [GOVERNING STATE].
